The Brick Wall:
MsGooch72: There it was. It was always there. Red brick piled upon red brick. Every spring it would be covered in fresh new morning glory vines. Every fall would reveal brown whithered vines. I've noticed a problem on the site regarding images not loading well. I'll be taking a look at it soon and possibly reworking some code to reduce bandwidth constraints and the number of images on the site.

Update: Jan. 26, 2009

Hi everyone. I'm just checking in to let everyone know to not expect any real updates for the next 3 months, at least. While I still want to make updates to the site, I'm a little overcommitted with other projects at the moment, and know that no development will take place for the rest of this quarter. I understand that the site is plagued with usability issues though, and there is a fair amount of code sitting in the pipeline to address this, but it will need to wait. Thanks for being patient and happy writing

So, if you've been paying much attention to the site at all, you may have noticed that the story viewing page has changed for the first time in a long time. This was definitely intentional and is the base for a brand new format for planning, writing, formatting, and viewing stories. Expect some tweaks to it, but also expect some new features to integrate with it at some point (but that could be a long time). Send feedback to the usual place (post a comment on this entry). Enjoy!
